Official summary: The Amazing Mumbo is up to his old tricks. When the Titans try to stop the madcap magician in mid-performance, Mumbo pulls a fast one. With a wave of his wand, he sucks the Titans into his hat... where our heroes discover a strange, magical world of weirdness.

So I just re-watched this episode earlier after I first woke up and i've noticed an animation error in one frame for the first time. Though i'm sure it's already been talked about before, and I can't remember exactly what time in the episode it was but Robin's utility belt got messed up in one scene. And I wondered, how did Raven know exactly that Mumbo can't see red? I'm actually confused about this one, because his costume has some red in it (on the inside of his cape). Is that part of his costume invisible to him? I know it was all an illusion in his hat, but I don't see how the illusion wouldn't allow him to see the Titans when they were painted red... I never really thought about that until now... probably because i'm older of course. Though it's still one of my favorite episodes from Season 3, I think I don't like it as much as I did in the past. Don't get me wrong, it's still a funny carefree episode, just parts of it don't make sense. And usually the episodes do... and yes I know it's mainly for a young audience. But still... there's some episodes that were obviously made with the older fans in mind (hint: the whole terror of Trigon arc in Season 4, definitely too dark for young kids. I mean Slade's flesh was gone, and Robin kicked off his mask to reveal a skull face in The End Part 2...) I'll give this episode a 6 out of 10, mainly because how Raven over came Mumbo's trick wasn't necessarily explained... but maybe it's just because of the theme of the episode. Though it's still a funny episode nonetheless, which is always a plus. So yep just my two cents there.
